Peninsula LatAm strategy offers investors an opportunity to invest in real estate assets in Latin America seeking regional diversification.


The strategy focuses on investments in middle-income for-sale residential and mixed-use properties, forging partnership with local developers across selected Latin American markets.

Peninsula LatAm Fund I 

Peninsula Development Fund I used a novel strategy in Latin America, the fund committed capital to the development of residential projects in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and Uruguay. Peninsula LatAm Fund I held its final closing in 2006.

Peninsula LatAm Fund II

The second Fund, Peninsula Development Fund II, leverages the relationships and lessons learned in Peninsula I to deploy the same successful strategy in a larger scale. Peninsula II had its first closing in May 2010 and held its final closing in March 2012.

Peninsula LatAm Fund III

Our third Fund continues to focus on the same successful strategy of our prior two funds with a larger scale and deeper relationships with our existing network of developers.
Peninsula III had its first closing in November of 2015, and managed over US$1.5 billion in real estate assets. The investors of Peninsula III are the Limited Partners of Peninsula I and II as well as, International Development Banks, Pension Funds, Fund-of-Funds and Family Offices. Peninsula III invested in 35 projects, developed over 12,000 homes and built over 700,000 m2 across Peninsula's target markets.

Peninsula LatAm Fund IV

Peninsula LatAm IV has US$150 million in capital, which we estimate may allow the fund to participate in over US$1 billion in real estate assets in Latin America.
Peninsula LatAm IV is Peninsula`s fourth Latin American real estate fund, the fund’s strategy is to create value by providing equity and debt financing to development projects targeting the growing middle class and to distressed real estate opportunities in selected markets across the region. Peninsula seeks to add value at both the developer and project level through effective execution and the implementation of sophisticated systems into the sales, management and construction processes. Peninsula optimizes the financial performance by actively monitoring these processes throughout the lifecycle of every project.
