Peninsula Residential Uruguay Fund I (PRU I)

Focuses mainly on the acquisition of residential units aimed at middle-income families. Its object is to create value through the craft of renovating properties in alignment with current demands. PRU will benefit from the tax exemptions of Law 18.795. PRU investors are the main pension funds of Uruguay.
