2010
Affordable housing
In partnership with local developers, we have provided housing solutions to more than 10,000 LATAM families as of Dec. 2021.
2014
ESG checklist
An Environmental, Social and Governance checklist was adopted to standardize our approach at portfolio level.
2016
ESIA
Since 2016 an Environmental, Social and Impact Assessment (ESIA) is required for new portfolio investments in LATAM.
2017
Senior housing
Since PARE I inception, we have invested in the development of more that 1,000 beds for elderly in the US. This RE niche strongly support job opportunities for minorities in the US.
2019
LEED certification
MORE Buceo (Uruguay), a development in partnership with Altius, became our first project precertified by LEED rating system.
2020
EDGE certification
Latural Bella Vista (Panamá) became the first out of three LATAM projects to obtain EDGE precertification.
2021
PEN's impact team
We have nominated a leader for our internal Impact working team, which now involves 8 people from 4 different technical areas.
2021
SROI assessment
We have successfully accomplished two Social, Return On Investment (SROI) assessments at portfolio level, studying the impact generated by Paris Campestre (COL) and Macon Senior Housing (US).
